Ali Karimi took part in his first training session with Bayern Munich FC. The rainy weather didn't hamper the Iranian National Team Star's mood. He said "The fact that I'm here pleases me immensely".

 

Adjusting to German culture and learning the language is high priority for Karimi. With regards to this Magath said "We have to give him time". The 26 year old's command of the German language does not exceed beyond "Good-bye" and "Good-afternoon".

Karimi is a creatiuve midfielder with much flair and attacking prowess, however journalists have questioned the effectiveness of his style. Magath says "I explained to him that Central European football is different from what he is used to. I think he understood that". After Ali's debut at the training session the Bayern Coach expressed his satisfaction, "Karimi performed well in his 1st training session".
